General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of application, customer information

The following general terms and conditions describe the contractional relationship between the individual company and consumers and entrepreneurs, purchasing goods through our online store "Doreens Briefpapierwelt". Any terms conflicting with or differing from our general terms and conditions will not be recognized by us. Contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

(1) The presentation of the products in our online-shop  does not imply a binding offer. It is a request to you to submit a binding offer by ordering online for concluding a purchase contract.

(2) You can put one or more products in your shopping basket. During the order proccess you input your customer information, your wishes regarding the payment and delivery method etc. Only with the click on the order button the consumer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract. You can submit a binding order by phone as well.

(3) The contract shall be deemed to be concluded  when the purchaser has immediately received the declaration of acceptance by e-mail.  In the event of an order by phone, the contract is concluded if we accept your quote by return. Should we not accept the quote by return, you shall no longer be bounded to it either.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of the contractual text

Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. product type, price etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the general terms and conditions, but you can access the general terms and conditions at our website anytime. As a registered customer you can have access to all your past orders using the customer login ("My account").

§ 4 Customer information: Recommendation for correction

Before placing an order you may correct your entries at anytime with the help of the delete button. We will inform you about your correction possibilities on your way through the order process. You can cancel the order process by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Reservation of ownership

The ownership  of the delivered goods remains with Doreens Briefpapierwelt (Doreen Wohlenberg) until complete payment of the agreed purchase price. 

§ 6 Statutory warranty rights

Statutory warranty rights are exsisting for our goods.
